📌 Standard Occupancy: 4 Currently, there are a total of 6 air conditioners installed in the accommodation. However, due to power issues, the circuit breaker may trip if 3 or more are used simultaneously! For this reason, we currently guide guests to stay based on a occupancy of 4. Visits of 4 or more are possible, but please be sure to take note of the above information! We are currently planning electrical work, and we will provide further updates regarding occupancy limits once the construction is completed. 📌 Bedding Information One queen bed and floor bedding for two are provided. If the group exceeds 4 people, please bring your own additional bedding. 📌 Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use the yard for smoking.

📌 From the accommodation ~ - Less than 10 minutes by car to Sokcho Tollgate/Misiryeong Tollgate - Approx. 10 minutes by car to Bongpo Beach/Cheonjin Beach - Approx. 10 minutes to Cheonjin Hanaro Mart - Approx. 15 minutes by car to Cheonggan Beach & Ayajin Beach - Within 10 minutes by car to Seorak Waterpia - Approx. 15 minutes by car to Yeongnangho Park - Within 20 minutes to Sokcho E-mart The yard doesn't look tidy in the photos, but we are currently cleaning up both the yard and the interior. We will make sure it is spotless! Located in a very quiet and peaceful natural setting, this is a space where you can fully enjoy a relaxed and private rest. We hope you have a wonderful time with your beloved family, gazing at Ulsan Rock, the rice paddies, and the stars at night :)
