If caught, immediate eviction and payment of the full security deposit will be required as compensation for damages. 2. Resident registration and business registration are not permitted. 3. You agree to immediate eviction if complaints from neighbors arise due to loud singing or disruptive behavior. 4. The occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 people. 5. You are responsible for full compensation for any damage to facilities. Violation of the above special clauses may result in contract termination without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit cannot be returned. In addition, if damages occur due to a breach of the special agreement, compensation for damages may be claimed from the tenant.
