According to management regulations, the usage fee (180,000 KRW per use) is the tenant's responsibility. We would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance when signing the contract for a smooth reservation. • Personal necessities such as bedding (duvets) and towels are not provided, so please prepare them when making a reservation. • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
