The interior, including the bathroom, was completely remodeled about 5 years ago, so it is clean and tidy. Both the air conditioning and underfloor heating are working well, so you can use the space without worrying about the summer or winter.

Since a diverse range of dining options and commercial areas are well-established, you can easily enjoy dining out and shopping. There are several supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, providing ample places to purchase necessary items or groceries. <Space Usage Rules> Both apartments and villas share the common characteristic of housing diverse people living together within the same building. We ask that you keep this in mind. ✅ Please observe rules regarding parties and excessive noise. Many ordinary families live in the building where our space is located. If you are excessively loud or disruptive after 10 PM, it may lead to awkward situations between neighbors. ✅ Smoking is prohibited indoors. There are often residents who smoke inside the house.
