Sejong University is located right across from the house, and Konkuk University is also nearby, so the university food street is very lively. There are several supermarkets and convenience stores close to the accommodation, providing ample places to purchase necessary items or groceries. <Space Usage Rules> Apartments and villas share the common characteristic of housing diverse people living together within the same building. Please keep this in mind. ✅ Please observe rules regarding parties and excessive noise. Many ordinary families live in the building where our space is located. If you are excessively loud or disruptive after 10 PM, it may lead to awkward situations between neighbors. ✅ Smoking is prohibited indoors. There are often people who smoke inside the house. This causes inconvenience to neighbors and sometimes results in complaints. We ask once again that you refrain from smoking inside the building and the house.
