Smoking is permitted outside on the 1st floor. - Pets are not allowed. - Please refrain from cooking that generates a lot of odor or smoke, such as grilling fish or meat. - The use of items with a fire risk, such as charcoal, firewood, portable burners, and candles, is prohibited indoors. - Please do not flush foreign objects, such as wet wipes or food waste, down the toilet. - When checking out, please separate and dispose of food waste and recyclables in the designated areas within the complex. - You may be charged for repair or replacement costs if the furnishings or facilities provided are lost or damaged. - An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW may be charged if separate cleaning is required due to excessive contamination or failure to comply with usage rules.
