3-minute walk: Hanaro Mart 5-10 minute walk: Cafes, restaurants, the sea, convenience stores, buses to Sokcho, etc. 20-minute drive to downtown Sokcho Hello. This country brick house was fully remodeled in July of this year and is in like-new condition. All rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to fully enjoy the pine forest and the sky. As this space was created for future personal residence, I personally selected every detail, from lighting and furniture to sanitary ware, with great care. Located in a quiet and safe village, and within walking distance of the sea, it is the perfect accommodation for spending the summer season. It is situated in Goseong, in the south, just a 25-minute drive from Sokcho Terminal. The nearest beach is Gyoam Beach. The second floor serves as the accommodation, while the first floor is designed as a workspace, allowing for remote work, personal projects, or children's study. <House Composition> - 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1 (King Bed), Bedroom 2 (Facility), Living Room 1, Bathroom 1, Kitchen 1 - 1st Floor: Studio 1, Kitchen 1, Bathroom 1 - Backyard - Parking - Rooftop There is a spacious yard where you can spend time privately (BBQ is prohibited as it is a quiet village).
