Above all, we paid meticulous attention to every detail of the interior design, keeping in mind, "What would it be like if my own family lived here?" Additionally, the home features a smart TV, an environment for OTT access, and speakers, allowing you to comfortably spend your leisure time at home. 🍽️ Equipped with Essential Amenities We provide basic kitchenware and other necessities such as a refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and cutlery, so you can live conveniently without having to prepare many items separately. 🛋️ Comfortable and Spacious Space With a generous space of approximately 13 pyeong, it is spacious enough for one person to live comfortably and is designed to ensure that two people can live together without feeling cramped. 🌿 Living Environment Close to Jungnangcheon Stream The Jungnangcheon Stream walking path is within walking distance, making it ideal for light strolls or exercise. It offers an environment where you can live leisurely even within the city center. Rather than a flashy space, I wanted to create a comfortable and tidy space from the perspective of the actual resident. I will maintain the space with care for the sake of the person who will be living here comfortably for a set period. 🏡 About the Space Although this is a semi-basement unit, it receives a good amount of natural light and is kept clean, dry, and comfortable. The building itself is an older residential property, but the interior has been recently fully remodeled, creating a clean and comfortable living space. Most importantly, I designed the space with the mindset of “Would I feel comfortable having my own family live here?” Every detail was thoughtfully considered to make everyday living as comfortable and convenient as possible. 🌿 Comfortable Indoor Environment A Samsung air conditioner, air purifier, and dehumidifier are provided to help maintain a pleasant indoor environment. It offers a peaceful environment where you can enjoy a more relaxed pace of everyday life in Seoul. Rather than creating a flashy space, I wanted to create a clean and comfortable home from the perspective of someone actually living here.
