Located in the double station area of Banwoldang Station (Lines 1 and 2), It is a 4-minute walk from the subway station and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. You can reach any part of Daegu within 30 minutes. The entire first floor is dedicated to parking, and the unit is located on the floor two floors up of the 4-story building. It features two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda (laundry room). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and windows for ventilation. There are two queen-size beds, one in each room. Bedding is not included (available for rent if needed; please inquire). A portable smart TV is available for viewing from any convenient location. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. Cooking supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, cups, and cutlery are also provided. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are provided in the bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are located on the veranda. Cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, lint roller, mop, etc.) are also provided. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, flat iron, and curling iron.
