🍀 Utility Bill Settlement Guide ▫️ This property charges utility bills (electricity, gas for cooking, water, oil for heating) at your own expense. The utility fee of 10,000 won per night is set as the maximum, and the actual usage will be calculated based on the meter readings upon check-in and check-out, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the account you separately notified. ▫️ Previously, the balance was returned after settling from the deposit, but due to a change in Live Anywhere policy, settling from the deposit is no longer possible. Since we had no choice but to receive utility bills in fixed amounts, we decided to proceed with a method of collecting the maximum amount of utility bills and then settling the payments. Instead, we are accepting reservations with a reduced deposit so that there is no significant difference in the payment amount!
