By car, it is a 3-minute drive to Okpo-dong and Jangseungpo-dong, and within 5 minutes of the seaside waterfront park. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor of the building. We also operate a book cafe. Blackout curtains are installed in the master bedroom, and a desk is provided in the living room for work. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Fines and additional cleaning fees will be charged for violations. Additionally, cooking or consuming foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, is prohibited inside the house starting one day prior to check-out. We ask for your understanding on the day of check-out for the sake of the next guests.
