Only heating is provided during the winter. Only cooling is supplied during the summer. Heating and cooling are not provided during the transitional seasons. The management office usually posts a notice in the elevator regarding the start date for summer cooling operation. Generally, cooling is supplied in early or mid-May, and heating around October.
