Equipped with spa facilities to relieve fatigue and Netflix, the room is perfect for a "workcation"—working while overlooking the sea during the day and enjoying complete relaxation in the evening. This room comfortably accommodates a standard occupancy of 2 to a maximum of 4 guests. An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per day applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy of 2. The interior is meticulously maintained, ensuring a consistently clean environment.

A bus stop is located just a 2-minute walk from the house, allowing guests without cars to travel conveniently using public transportation. Convenience stores, discount supermarkets, and various restaurants and cafes are all within a 3-minute walk, providing excellent living infrastructure even for long-term stays. - Reusable basic bathroom amenities such as shampoo and body wash are provided, but disposable items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc.) are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own toiletries. - An elevator is installed in the building, allowing you to move around comfortably even with heavy luggage. - For barbecues, you can use the outdoor facilities (charcoal + grill), or use the Zaiigle inside the room during rainy weather or the winter season (Barbecue/Zaigle usage fee: 20,000 KRW for 2 people, 5,000 KRW for each additional person).
