Check-in and Check-out Guide Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Contactless check-in) Check-out: Before 11:00 AM (Contactless check-out) Please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times to allow for cleaning and disinfection for the next guest. 3. Utility and Management Fee Settlement Regulations In principle, all utility bills (electricity, gas, water, etc.) are included in the management fee. However, if electricity or gas is used excessively (exceeding the previous month's usage by more than 1.5 times), additional charges may apply for the excess amount. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate contract termination and charges for special cleaning fees. 4. Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy (Based on Check-in Date) These are refund standards designed to prevent losses due to vacancy caused by sudden reservation cancellations. Damage to Facilities and Restoration In the event of damage or serious contamination to appliances, furniture, fixtures, wallpaper stains, flooring, etc. provided upon check-in, the tenant shall compensate for actual costs at their own expense. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Cooking of foods with strong odors, such as pork belly or fish, is prohibited.
