Located one block inward from the main road within the residential area of Bangbae-dong, the surroundings are calm and quiet. Additionally, transportation is convenient as it is situated in the middle of a double-station zone, within a 5-minute walk of Naebang Station and a 10-minute walk of Isu Station. It is close to the commercial district of the Isu area, as well as the newly emerging cafes and bakeries near Naebang Station. The shared kitchen is equipped with an ice dispenser, pots and pans for cooking ramen and other foods, and a coffee machine.
