How to Use the Room Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and a move-in cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if you smoke. Please strictly refrain from smoking. As short-term rentals are not classified as lodging businesses, you must handle cleaning and laundry yourself during your stay. Please also separate and dispose of recyclable waste upon check-out.
