There is a lake park across the crosswalk, a traditional market and Hanaro Mart within a 5-minute walk, and many restaurants and cafes in front of the lake park, making daily life convenient. The management fee includes electricity, water, gas, internet charges, and usage fees for home appliances and furniture. Please use the service without separate settlement.
