This is a two-story detached unit with a living room and kitchen on the first floor. It is a premium accommodation in Seongsan, Jeju, located close to the town center and Ilchulbong Peak. The second floor features an open-plan two-room layout, with a private bathroom in each room. For stays of up to 6 people, two additional single mattress toppers (10cm thick) are provided. There is an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a barbecue area next to the pool. The basic utilities are set at 20,000 KRW per day, but we will check your water, gas, and electricity usage and settle the bill based on your actual consumption, returning any difference. Any usage exceeding this limit will be deducted from your security deposit.
