Landscaping and disinfection may be conducted on your scheduled dates. We ask for your understanding regarding this. We are performing these maintenance tasks to keep the environment more pleasant, so we would appreciate your generous understanding. 😊

Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with usage instructions. - There are 4 CCTV cameras in the garden (parking lot, front entrance, front yard, and side yard). - Contactless check-in/check-out. The entry password will be sent at 3:00 PM. - Dogs weighing less than 5kg are allowed (please clean up after yourselves).
