* This rental space is operated in accordance with rental business regulations. 🏘 This is a fully remodeled two-room apartment on the 10th floor with a panoramic view. I wanted to create a space where you can rest comfortably, just like at home, when you return home after a long day, even while staying in an unfamiliar place during business trips or travel. 🏞 At Least Comfortable Sleep In the smaller room, I have prepared a high-end German-made latex Super Single bed, while in the larger room, I have arranged a solid wood slatted bed with a memory foam Queen mattress and an Ace Super Single bed. My home is arranged so that up to three people can each use a comfortable bed according to their preferences. It is also convenient for business colleagues to stay in separate rooms, or for families to stay together. I am a rental business owner who carefully considers and leases out trustworthy spaces.

It takes about 10 minutes to Cheonan Industrial Complex 5, 5 minutes to Cheonan Medical Center/Cheonan Samgeori Park, 8 minutes to Sonobel, and about 14 minutes to Cheonan Station. This home helps ease the burden of commuting. Our space operates as a short-term rental facility in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and short-term rental operating standards. We manage our operations honestly and responsibly within established systems and procedures to ensure that both tenants and landlords can feel secure. We hope that those in need of short-term rentals will find their daily lives a little more comfortable. Whether for business trips or travel to unfamiliar places, or simply when you need a place to stay for a short time, we wanted to offer a space that is as comfortable as your own home yet as hassle-free as a hotel. Additional rules
The management fee includes all basic utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Please use the facilities comfortably, but we kindly ask that you refrain from unnecessary and excessive use of electricity, water, etc. If management fees are incurred due to usage significantly exceeding the usual scope, the additional amount may be settled based on the contracted management fee (60,000 KRW per week).
