Set back from the main road, it offers minimal traffic and noise. With trees and a small hill behind the building, it is a great place for a light walk or to relax and enjoy the breeze. It is an ideal space for those who prefer a quiet environment for rest, study, or work rather than a bustling place. Parking is also available on the first floor.
