This unit is located on the 7th floor of a 15-story apartment building and is within walking distance of Gangneung Ojukhyeon. Free parking is available in the surrounding area. The unit features two bedrooms with a kitchen and bathroom. While there is no separate living room, the master bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a camping table and up to four chairs. With a single massage table, a super single bed, and a 2-person camping mat laid out on the floor, a family of four can comfortably dine and sleep here! The smaller room has a massage chair and a desk; you may use it as your own home or the clothes rack provided. Since I use this as my own home, my clothes and belongings are on display. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is a TV. If you select "External Input TV," basic terrestrial channels will appear. You can also connect your phone to the TV using an external input HDMI 1 adapter to watch Netflix from your phone.

About this place

The view from the apartment balcony is wonderful. You can hear birds singing and watch the sunrise... Since it is an apartment on the outskirts, the air is also fresh. You can run on the athletics track at Kangwon National University's Gangneung Campus, and the surrounding country roads are great for walks.. There is a convenience store and restaurants within a 3-minute walk in front of the apartment.

There is no Wi-Fi, but terrestrial TV comes through. I have a TV-to-phone adapter, so I turn on Netflix on my phone and watch movies on the TV.

Please refrain from smoking. If you go down to the second floor of the apartment building, there is a designated smoking area with chairs. Infants and children are very welcome. However, pets are not allowed as I do not keep any pets. You may cook on the gas stove. You may use frying pans, pots, and seasonings. Please make sure to bring your own towels, pillows, and blankets.
