This is a quiet private room in Mangwon-dong with a persimmon tree outside the window. • Maximum 2 female guests only, living with the host • 10-minute walk to Mangwon Station, 7-minute walk to Hangang Park, 5-minute walk to the market • 1-minute walk to bus stop for Hongdae/Hapjeong • Cafe on the 1st floor of the adjacent building, convenience store and police substation within a 2-minute walk • Newly built villa with elevator, private laundry room inside the room • Air conditioning and heating, seasonal tea bags and an Illy coffee machine There is no TV in this house. Instead, there is light streaming through the window and the sound of birds. Sitting at a low table to brew tea, time flows slowly as it cools. White walls, black wood, and low, soft light capture the serene warmth of Korea. There are no blackout curtains. In the morning, the shadow of the persimmon tree falls thinly through the blinds. Slowly opening your eyes to the light is the first joy of this home. (Sleep mask provided) On leisurely days, loose leaf tea is brewed in a gaiwan for you. Korean-style breakfast is also available for a fee (there may be days when it is difficult depending on the host's schedule).
