I believe my studio apartment is a suitable place for a one-month stay, as it is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. Additionally, Mangwon Market is just a 5-minute walk away, and the restaurants on Mangridan-gil are also within walking distance, making daily life very convenient. Furthermore, if you feel cramped in the room, there is a shared lounge area on the rooftop where you can take a short break.

Mangwon Station is about a 10-minute walk away, and Mangwon Market is located along the way, making it convenient to shop. Additionally, there is a small mart right next to the building and a convenience store across the street. There is a coffee shop in front of the building, so if you enjoy coffee, you can have a cup every day. You can access restaurants and cafes on Mangridan-gil within walking distance. Hangang Park is about a 10-minute walk away, and since Mapo Bus No. 16 stops in front of the building, it will be convenient to get to the subway station or Hongdae. You can visit famous restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops on Mangridan-gil within a 10-minute walk. Mangwon Hangang Park is also accessible within about a 10-minute walk. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Please keep quiet after 10 PM, as there are other tenants present. As this is not a lodging business, bedding, towels, and consumable daily necessities are not provided. Please bring your own. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, we offer a rental service; please inquire separately. (Rental fee for pillows and all-season bedding [including mattress pads and towels]: 50,000 KRW) *Trash Disposal Instructions For general waste, please purchase and use volume-based waste bags. For recyclables, please place them in recycling bags and dispose of them behind the parking lot on the 1st floor. (Please dispose of all food waste and beverages before disposal.) For food waste, please purchase food waste bags and dispose of them in the bins at the building entrance on the 1st floor. (Please be sure to place items in yellow food waste bags before disposal.) A designated smoking area is provided on the rooftop. Also, while you may use the rooftop freely, please use it quietly after 10 PM out of consideration for your neighbors. The clothes dryer is located in front of the rooftop door, so please feel free to use it. (Please note that it cannot be used after 10:00 PM due to noise.) Additionally, there are drying racks and a vacuum cleaner on the stairs leading to the rooftop; please use them if needed and return them to their original places. Thank you.
