The stairs are low, so you can come up comfortably. *Create romance and memories in Seogwipo at a great price. *The price includes management fees, electricity, TV, and gas. ^^ (Management fee (60,000~80,000 KRW), Internet + TV (20,000 KRW), Water purifier (10,000~50,000 KRW), Gas) *In winter, we only charge for floor heating; for the oil boiler, we charge based on usage. *The air conditioner also functions as a heating unit. If you use the heating air conditioner and do not run the floor oil boiler, there are no additional charges. *It is great that supermarkets and convenience facilities are within walking distance.
