Newly built modern villa with ocean view and plenty of natural light, 1-minute walk to the beach

I stayed for a week with my husband and 3-year-old child, and I am leaving a review because I was much more satisfied than I expected☺️ When traveling, there are many places where the photos don't match the reality, but this place looked exactly like the pictures, so I was satisfied from the start. Since we were traveling with a child, I was looking for a clean and comfortable space. Perhaps because it is a newly built villa, everything was tidy, and the cleanliness and facilities were so well-maintained, just like a brand-new house, that I was extremely satisfied!!! The windows are large, so the natural light is great and ventilation is excellent; if I hung up laundry, it would dry completely in half a day haha. The biggest advantage was the mats laid out across the entire floor of the living room and kitchen! (Not the kind that slides around, but feel like construction mats.) My son is a boy who runs around a lot, but the mats were thicker than I expected, so I felt at ease about his safety. Even though we are on the 4th floor, it was great to be less worried about noise between floors👍 I think this is a really big advantage for those with children! The bed was king-size and spacious, and the TV was huge, so it was fun watching movies in the living room with my husband after putting the child to sleep in the room😆 We could have used the private rooftop, and although I was disappointed we couldn't go this time, I definitely want to try a barbecue there next time🥲 It is right in front of the beach and the neighborhood is quiet, so it was great for taking walks with the child. There was also a popular restaurant with a waiting line just a minute's walk away, so we were able to visit conveniently😋 There is a beach and a children's water playground within a 5-minute walk, so I want to visit again during the beach season! There were supermarkets and tourist attractions close by with just a short drive, so we didn't experience any inconveniences. Parking was also really convenient as there was a designated spot on the first floor of the building, making it easy to move around with the child or move luggage. The host was kind and answered every question we had quickly, so we had a comfortable week!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jeju for more than a few days with their child😊👍 We will come again next time🫶🏻
