(Dehumidifiers are available) - Ventilation is essential when cooking foods with strong odors (grilled fish or meat, Cheonggukjang, etc.) 😊 🤎 Rules and Restrictions 🚭 No Smoking in All Areas: A special cleaning fee may be charged if caught. 🚫 No Pets Allowed: Bringing pets may result in immediate eviction. ⚠️ Quiet Time: Please refrain from loud shouting and making noise after 10 PM to prevent noise between floors. 📷 Security: A CCTV is installed at the front door to verify occupancy and ensure safety.
