This space is a studio apartment operated on a short-term lease basis, not a standard lodging establishment. The wallpaper and flooring have recently been replaced, ensuring a pleasant environment. Once your contract is finalized, we will provide you with detailed usage instructions and the door lock passwords for the first-floor common entrance and your individual unit prior to move-in. With the double security provided by the common entrance and individual door locks, even those staying alone can feel safe and secure. To maintain personal hygiene, bedding and toiletries are not provided as standard, so please bring any necessary items yourself. Additionally, smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. As this is a shared living space, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise late at night. Located slightly set back from the main road, the area is generally quiet. Regarding utilities, gas and water are included in the management fee. Electricity charges are only billed additionally if usage exceeds the established limits. Upon checkout, we will transparently calculate the actual amount of excess usage based on meter readings. Checking the power to lights, air conditioner, and boiler before leaving will significantly help you save on costs. English communication is available. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions before moving in or during your stay.
