This space is a studio apartment operated on a short-term rental basis, not a standard lodging establishment. We have recently installed new wallpaper and flooring to maintain a pleasant environment. Once your contract is finalized, we will provide you with detailed usage guidelines and the passwords for the main entrance on the first floor and your individual unit door locks prior to move-in. You can use the space more safely thanks to the double security provided by the main entrance and individual door locks. To maintain personal hygiene, bedding and toiletries are not provided, so please bring any necessary items yourself. To keep the living environment pleasant, smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. As this is a multi-unit dwelling, we ask for your consideration regarding noise late at night. The accommodation is located one block away from the main road, allowing you to stay in a relatively quiet environment. English communication is available. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions before moving in or during your stay.
