I did not want to replace the old with something new. I left the old wooden doors, window frames, and ceilings exactly as they were. Since this wood is now difficult to find again, it required time and care to restore it piece by piece without damaging it. Old wood is different from new wood. The temperature and hardness to the touch, as well as the colors created by time, are all different. Even if it was a bit difficult and time-consuming, I preserved that charm without sacrificing the comfort of your stay. There is a small vegetable garden on the terrace. You can pick seasonal herbs and vegetables to prepare dinner, and light a fire to enjoy a barbecue at sunset. The beach, sauna, library, sports field, swimming pool, and supermarket are all within walking distance. This place is Andeok (安德), meaning "peaceful virtue." True to its name, it is a quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Rather than busily visiting tourist attractions, it is about living like a local for a few days amidst the Jeju breeze and sunshine. Walking along the seaside in the morning, shopping for groceries, returning to tend to the vegetable garden, and sharing dinner together at sunset. I have captured that very essence of Jeju in this house.

It takes approximately 50 minutes by car and 60 minutes by public transportation to reach Jeju Airport. - The surrounding area is well-equipped with essential amenities such as Hanaro Mart, convenience stores, hospitals, pharmacies, dental clinics, bathhouses, and gyms, making it convenient for both short-term and long-term stays. - Hwasun Geummore Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the property boasts excellent accessibility, being located within 15 minutes by car of various tourist attractions in southwestern Jeju, including Mt. Songak, Mt. Sanbang, Yongmeori Coast, and Sagye Beach. - Situated between the English Education City and the Jungmun Tourist Complex, it is an ideal location for those planning to live in Jeju or engage in remote work (workcation). - Please refrain from smoking indoors. - Please note that cooking fatty meats such as pork belly and fish indoors is discouraged. Jeju Island operates a system where you must personally take general waste and recyclables to recycling centers (garbage trucks do not collect them). You can dispose of food waste at recycling centers using a T-money card. The nearest center is the "Hwasun-ri Recycling Center," which you can find by searching on T-Map; it is located 150 meters from the accommodation.
