Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with detailed usage instructions and the door lock password on the morning of your move-in. Upon check-out, please perform simple waste sorting and dishwashing. Please also turn off all appliances and lights after use. Utilities such as gas and electricity are included in the basic rent; however, excessive waste may result in a deduction from the security deposit. Please switch to "away mode" when leaving the premises.
