The host cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to read them, so please make sure to familiarize yourself with them before booking. ⚠️ 📍 When entering the accommodation from the beach, please make sure to brush off all the sand! 📍 Blood stains and other stains on bedding, such as duvets and mattress covers, especially blood stains, cannot be removed even with washing. Please be aware in advance that cleaning fees will unfortunately apply in such cases. Please keep the property clean. 🙏 📍 This is a multi-family residence. Conversations are fine, but loud shouting late at night causes noise disturbance to neighbors. Please do not make loud noises after 9 PM, and we ask for your courtesy during your stay to avoid disturbing neighbors with noise. Guests may experience inconvenience due to noise and smoking complaints. We ask for your understanding. 🙏 📍 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please go outside to smoke!
