This is an independent studio-style space with beautiful sunset views, conveniently configured with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. For a restful sleep, we have installed a Geumseong Bed Lumiere queen-size mattress, double-layered blackout curtains to block light, and white sheer curtains for a soft atmosphere. This is Gaia Presidence, 5 minutes from Songtan Station. On the 1st floor, there is a coin laundry, GS25, a convenience store, and a Korean buffet. Simple cooking and reheating of food are permitted in the guest room. However, cooking dishes that use a lot of oil, deep-frying, or foods with strong odors or stains, such as red broths or stews, is restricted. There is a GS25 convenience store and a Holly's Coffee on the first floor of the building for your convenience. A coin laundry is also available within the building, making it convenient for long-term stays.
