It is as pleasant and clean as a hotel. Mullae Station (Seoul Subway Line 2) and Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station (Seoul Subway Line 5) are within a 5–10 minute walk. Homeplus Yeongdeungpo, Times Square, and the Incheon Airport bus stop are also within a 5–10 minute walk. The interior of the apartment features a spacious living room with two queen-size beds. The front veranda has been extended to increase the indoor space by 8.2 square meters, and a beautiful 18-square-meter terrace with artificial grass in front of the veranda provides an even cozier space. Furthermore, as a high-rise apartment on the 22nd floor, the city view and nightscape are excellent, and the evening sunset is fantastic. We will do our best to make our home a place of wonderful memories for our guests.

There is a Seoul city bus stop right in front of the apartment complex, and within a 5 to 10-minute walk are the Incheon Airport bus stop, Mullae Station (Seoul Subway Line 2), and Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station (Seoul Subway Line 5). Large shopping malls such as Homeplus Yeongdeungpo and the mega-sized Times Square are located nearby, and Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1) is also within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Within the complex, there is a children's playground, a gym, a convenience store, restaurants, a golf shop, a beauty salon, a nail art shop, and a beautiful garden. Mullae Park is located outside the apartment complex within a 3 to 5-minute walk. Mullae Park features a forest, numerous benches, statues of former presidents, and a public paid parking lot. There is a free parking lot on floors B1, B2, and B3 within the apartment complex, so you can park comfortably for free even if you bring 1 to 3 cars. The parking lot is bright and clean, and you can travel directly from floors B1, B2, and B3 to your accommodation in one go via elevator.
