This is a two-story detached house located in a mid-mountain village overlooking the distant sea, just a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy a life surrounded by nature in the stone-walled garden and the star-lit second-floor attic. The attic is equipped with a work desk and wired internet, making it ideal for a workcation, and on clear days, you can see Mt. Halla in the distance through the second-floor window. It is perfect for relaxing while gazing at the sea from the rooftop terrace or spending time with family and friends in the evening at the karaoke room.

Public transportation is convenient as there is a bus stop right in front of the house serving major areas such as Pyoseon, Seongsan, and Seongeup. Located in a quiet mid-mountain village, it is an ideal place to escape the noise of the city and enjoy complete relaxation. Using a car is recommended for accessing amenities. The nearest convenience store is a 7-Eleven in the direction of Seongeup, while supermarkets, hospitals, and pharmacies are located in Pyoseon (within a 10-minute drive). Delivery apps are difficult to use, so it is more convenient to order takeout from restaurants in Pyoseon and pick it up. For recycling, use the recycling center located a 3-minute drive away. · Bedding (duvets and pillows) is not provided. Only mattresses are available, so please bring your own or rent them. · Heating is provided by a kerosene boiler, and cooking is done via LPG gas. · The small room near the entrance is locked and serves as the owner's storage room. · There are 6 CCTV cameras on the exterior (entrance, yard, backyard, and building corners). There are no cameras inside. · As this is a country house surrounded by bushes on all sides, insects may enter depending on the season.
