It is a duplex, so the ceiling height is very high and there is a terrace, making it suitable for use as a workspace for creative or artistic professions. This is the perfect place for a single-person household working nearby. Please inquire about various uses, such as residential/office use :) # It's different from my other things. I finished the bathroom sliding door construction (solving the inconvenience of the existing sliding door). The exterior veranda wall is safe and blocks cold wind. During the day, you can enjoy a clear and unobstructed ocean view (view/sunlight/lighting). # The room condition is clean and all home appliances (TV/refrigerator/washing machine, etc.) are up-to-date. The building management office facilities are well managed and maintained, so any inconvenience can be dealt with immediately. The level of resident satisfaction is high due to good cooperation.

- Cannot report change of address - Post-settlement based on actual usage of utility bills/management fees (deducting deposit) - Please dispose of all types of household waste (including food waste) in the recycling bins at the back door on the first floor before leaving. Failure to do so will result in a separate charge in addition to the moving-out fee. - In accordance with the lessee's obligation to restore the property to its original condition, the full cost of restoration will be charged for any damage or aging of the property other than natural wear and tear caused by the actual user. - In case of regular parking, vehicle registration fee is charged separately. (Up to 20,000 won per month)
