3 minutes to Geumho Bridge, near Yi Sun-sin Bridge, 10 minutes to Jungma Terminal 12 minutes to Gwangyang Port, 5 minutes to POSCO, 1 minute to Jecheol Elementary, Middle, and High School (By car) In a city with high economic self-sufficiency and high city income thanks to the steel business of POSCO and its partner companies, this residence was built on land in Geumho-dong purchased by POSCO for its executives. Consequently, Geumho-dong has long been the wealthiest neighborhood in Gwangyang with the highest incomes. Currently, as the school district for Jecheol High School—the only autonomous private high school in Jeollanam-do—is right nearby, you can see students commuting to and from school by bicycle in the mornings. The port is located a little further south. Hanaro Mart (8:30 AM – 9:00 PM) is 100 meters away, and there is also a CU convenience store (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM). In addition to the Baegun Shopping Center in Geumho-dong, there are restaurants, including those that operate until early morning.
