We recommend using public transportation whenever possible. - Check Before Check-out • Wash used dishes and return them to their proper places. • Separate and dispose of trash according to the instructions provided. • Tidy up briefly before checking out. • Always check that the front door is locked when leaving or checking out. - Damage and Loss Compensation costs may be charged for any damage or loss of facilities or items within the accommodation. The host is not responsible for personal valuables or lost items, so guests are responsible for their own care. - Disinfection Notice Although the accommodation is regularly cleaned and disinfected, insects may enter during the opening and closing of doors and windows due to the nature of the residential area.
