Smoking is not allowed indoors. Waste separation is available in the first floor lobby. No report of move-in possible (if necessary, can be done after setting it as a general monthly rent deposit) No unauthorized outsiders allowed to stay (temporary visits are allowed) Management fees (water/electricity) are free of charge up to 150,000 won per month, but any excess amount will be charged. (To prevent indiscriminate use, such as opening windows while cooling/heating)
