External visitors are not allowed to enter. An additional fee will be charged for guests exceeding the number booked. Please be sure to inform the host in advance. This accommodation accommodates a maximum of 4 people, and extra bedding is not provided. CCTV cameras are installed at the main entrance and on the 3rd-floor stairs for safety and to verify the number of guests. 🎉 No Parties Parties and events within the accommodation are prohibited. If stains caused by parties cannot be resolved with standard cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged. ⏰️ Quiet Hours Please observe strict silence after 9 PM. Please be especially mindful of noise for the sake of your neighbors. ❌️ No Smoking Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire accommodation, including e-cigarettes. If indoor smoking is confirmed, the full 7-night stay fee will be charged. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas (the outdoor space in front of the common entrance on the 1st floor of the building). 🐶 Pets Pets are not allowed. 👡 Indoor Usage Please remove your shoes when using the accommodation. 🧺 Bedding Stains If bedding is severely stained or discolored by dyes, cosmetics, food, etc., and cannot be laundered, an additional fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged. 💯 Recycling Please separate your trash into plastic, vinyl, paper, and food waste.
