About this place

Because I love the sea, I’ve set up a small house in Sokcho! As a seasoned traveler who packs a ton of stuff for every trip, I’ve prepared everything with great care so you can come with a light heart and body. It would be wonderful if it had an ocean view, but unfortunately, the sea isn't visible. If you step out onto the veranda, you’ll see lush green trees and a blue sky, and if you open the door and go outside, the blue waters of Sokcho Beach are just a 30-second walk away. Since I am renting out my own home, I want to create wonderful memories with warm-hearted guests. In particular, I strive to create a comfortable space for those traveling to Sokcho alone.

(Maximum 2 people even when accompanied by infants or children.) * A fine of double the price will be charged if this is not agreed upon in advance. * Pets are not allowed! * Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes. It is strictly forbidden on the veranda as well. (Special cleaning and wallpapering costs will be charged.) .............................. * Duvet provided, including a waterproof mattress cover, pad, flat sheet, and duvet cover. * We provide ample face towels (washing towels), but bath towels are not provided. Please bring your own if needed. * You must separate waste into general waste, food waste, and recyclables. Please purchase standard waste bags at the 7-Eleven convenience store on the 1st floor before disposal. Recycling bags are provided. Although parking is usually ample, if parking is unavailable due to the lot being full (during peak seasons and holidays), you may park at the public parking lot located a 3-minute walk away. In this case, a daily parking fee of 5,000 won will be subsidized. (The remainder is the responsibility of the individual.)

Pets are not allowed (Smokers cannot book for 7 nights or longer). *Contactless check-in (Detailed information provided). *We respond quickly to messages. (Responses during early morning hours are difficult.) ★★★ To ensure rest for the host and staff, phone and message consultations are only available until 11 PM.
