It is a prime location just 1-2 minutes from Dasan Station on Line 8, taking 22 minutes to Jamsil Station and 35 minutes to Gangnam Station. All bus stops for Guui, Jamsil, and Gangnam are also located within 1 minute.♣️ 💗 A quiet and very peaceful accommodation in a newly built building that combines the best infrastructure with a forest-like setting! 💗 Due to regulations, short-term rentals are for renting only the room. You must bring your own daily necessities (bedding, pillows, duvets, shampoo, soap, razor, laundry detergent, dish soap, charger, towels). ♣️ However, if you are unable to bring bedding due to circumstances, please contact the host and we will bring it for you. ♣️ ♣️ Absolutely no smoking, including e-cigarettes! If any traces or odors are found after inspection, or if complaints are received from neighboring units, the deposit will not be returned and immediate eviction will be enforced! 💗 Please accurately check the number of guests, and if bringing pets, please be sure to check the number of pets as well! {As we are specifically accepting pets, only up to two small pets are allowed. An additional special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be automatically charged upon entry with a pet.
