You can reach major tourist attractions in Gyeongju within a 15-minute drive, and since it is located at the very top of the neighborhood, you will be free from neighbor disturbances. There is a hiking trail to Gyeongju Namsan Mountain behind the house, making it great for walks. It is a cool home in the summer and warm in the winter with no drafts.
