(We ask for your understanding regarding delivery.) - Internet installation is not available. (You must use a personal mobile phone hotspot or pocket Wi-Fi.) - Registration of residence is not permitted. - Any damage to or contamination of belongings will be deducted from the security deposit. - Parties are prohibited. We may request your eviction if complaints from neighbors arise due to excessive noise. - You may purchase and use your own trash bags. (Please ensure all items are disposed of in the designated recycling area upon vacating.) - If a new tenant is being sought during the contract period, we ask for your cooperation with visits to inspect the interior of the property. - If you do not vacate the property after the contract period ends, any remaining items will be stored for one week (storage fee: 2,000 KRW per day), and thereafter, they may be disposed of at our discretion without prior notice. A contract is only possible if you agree to these terms.
