It is a quiet and comfortable space perfect for spending time with family and friends, or simply enjoying some alone time. In the atmospheric home bar area, you can admire the expansive ocean view, the beautiful sunset to the west, and the soft nightscape every day. Although it is a pity that there is no elevator, its location on an upper floor allows you to enjoy the unobstructed sea view with greater ease. Another attractive feature is that you can stay comfortably without worrying about noise from the upstairs neighbors. Additionally, a large full-length mirror is provided, making it ideal for home workouts, yoga, and various hobbies. Escape your repetitive daily routine to start your day gazing at the sea, and savor the leisure of strolling along the coastal road as the sun paints the sky.
