This is the first floor of a two-story building. Due to the presence of a semi-basement, it is located in the middle of the three-story structure. With two rooms, you can use them conveniently depending on your needs. The larger room offers a view overlooking Yudalsan Village, while the smaller room overlooks the laundry room on the veranda. Since the kitchen is located on the veranda, cooking in the main kitchen may be difficult during the winter. You can heat food in the living room using a microwave or a single-burner induction cooktop. The boiler is an oil boiler.

- Located 1km from the Yudalsan Cable Car. It is in a great location to enjoy the charming old downtown of Mokpo and hiking up Yudalsan Mountain. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. - Caution! Please bring your own bedding, towels, and amenities. - A Xiaomi TV Stick is connected to the TV monitor, so you can watch OTT apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Tving, and Wavve after logging in with your personal account. - I decided to offer this for short-term rental, charging only a fee for the housekeeper, as I thought it would be better than leaving the house empty. I would like to rent out this space to someone who will keep it tidy.

The exterior and surrounding environment may be old and lack some maintenance, and the access road may be dark at night as it is obscured by the building in front. The interior facilities are exactly as shown in the photos. Since I need to visit to check on the property after guests leave, viewing the house is available only for those planning to stay for 4 weeks or longer if you wish.
