Hello. Ageut is a short-term rental space operating in accordance with general rental regulations. Located near Mokcheon IC, it offers easy access to downtown Cheonan, making it convenient to visit the 5th Industrial Complex and Cheonan Medical Center. We have designed the space to be comfortable for those renting temporarily for business trips, work, or hospital appointments. Move-in is at 3 PM, check-out is at 11 AM. It features 3 beds and accommodates up to 4 people. Cleanliness, convenience, value for money, and comfort are our core values, and the landlord manages the space personally. We will carefully attend to even the smallest inconveniences. We will prepare this space with sincerity to ensure it provides comfort during your schedule in an unfamiliar place. This is a large apartment complex. Residential living is extremely convenient. 5 minutes to Mokcheon IC. Access to downtown Cheonan is possible within 10 minutes. Public transportation is available within the apartment complex—it is the bus terminal. Banks, bathhouses, and libraries are within 3 minutes. Independence Hall of Korea, Byeongcheon Sundae, Tous Les Jours (stone oven bread), Cheonan Museum, Heukseongsanseong Fortress, Cheonan Arts Center, Cheonan Museum of Art, Yu Gwan-sun Historic Site, Hong Dae-yong Science Museum, etc. are located nearby. We have recently completed a full renovation. The overall atmosphere is quiet, so even those sensitive to noise will not experience any inconvenience. It is a lovely and stylishly designed space. Double parking is possible late at night. Please refrain from smoking at all costs.
