Electricity, Gas, and Water Usage • The basic management fee includes utilities necessary for general living. • Excessive use of air conditioners, heating, etc., for extended periods may significantly exceed normal usage limits, and additional charges may apply for such overuse. • Please be sure to check the heating, cooling, and lighting before leaving the house. •
