I am renting out the entire double room in a women-only shared house. You can use it alone, or two women can stay together. Please note: The building is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator. There is only one bathroom/shower room in the entire building, which is shared by all residents. The room is furnished with two super single beds, a three-drawer dresser, a clothes rack, and blackout curtains. The living room, kitchen (induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, water purifier), washing machine, and rooftop are shared. Common consumables such as toilet paper and detergent are provided. The entire 4th floor is a single unit, and all residents in the other rooms are also women. There is a door lock on the 4th-floor entrance and a CCTV camera in front of it. The manager personally inspects the area once a month. This room is suitable for those staying for a few weeks to a few months, such as for internships, training, exchange students, or temporary accommodation before moving.
