I am lending you a bed in a 3-person room at a women-only share house. Currently, a female long-term resident is occupying the same room, so we share it. Please note: The building is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is only one combined bathroom and shower room in the entire building, which is shared by all residents. My spot features a super single bed and personal storage, and the room has blackout curtains. The living room, kitchen (induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, water purifier), washing machine, and rooftop are shared. Common consumables such as toilet paper and detergent are provided. The entire 4th floor is a single unit, and all residents are female. There is a door lock at the entrance on the 4th floor, and a CCTV camera is located in front of the entrance. The manager personally inspects the area once a month. This spot is suitable for those staying for one month or longer. It is frequently sought after for internships, training, exchange programs, or as a temporary residence before moving.

Hankuk University of Foreign Studies is a 10-minute walk, the back gate of Kyung Hee University is a 7-minute walk, a convenience store is 1 minute away, and a medium-sized supermarket is 3 minutes away. Only women are allowed to reside here. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please maintain silence after 10:00 PM.
